Prior to my employment at  Northrop Grumman, I was employed by The Boeing Corporation as their Export Compliance Officer from 1997 - 2007.

    I am currently an Import-Export Program Director and Empowered Official for The Northrop Grumman Corporation. I am proficient in both Department of State and Commerce Export Regulations, including: the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations - 22 C.F.R. 120 - 130) and the EAR (Export Administration Regulations - 15 C.F.R. 730-774) , Arms Export Control Act 22 USC 2778, Documentation for Regulated Goods, and other applicable government bodies' regulations.

  • Preparation and application of export licenses, carnets and related documentation.
  • Conducts export compliance and technical assistance agreement trainings.
  • Conducts export compliance training for New Employee Orientations.
  • Processes foreign national visitor requests as well as preparation of foreign travel documentation.
  • Monitors technical data and defense service exports.

  • Daily handling of export compliance issues involving a Foreign Military Sales program valued at several billion dollars.
